No Return or Refund
All purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged product along with your order details. After verification, we will either offer a replacement or provide store credit for future purchases.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, orders will be processed, and cancellations will not be accepted.
Shipping Timeline
Shipping will be done within 3-4 business days after the order is placed. In case of any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.
